A really nice set by the “beautiful and talented”[1] Elin Ruth. The orchestral sounds of her latest album “Cookatoo Friends” (sic) was nicely reproduced with the help of a 5-person band, including a violinist and a flautist.
It was a tour premiere, so it could have been a bit tighter, but that was made up for by the charming presence of the singer.
